When you feel happy, your life works. Everything and everyone that you attract to you is in a high frequency state of feeling good. Like attracts like-by law that situation must happen.

Happiness across your life inevitably leads to health and well-being-both physically and emotionally. When you feel good, your body releases chemicals that allow you to heal from any ailment or discomfort.

The fact is that people who are happy get 1/3 fewer colds and flu than those who do not consider themselves to be happy. Your emotional place impacts your immune system more than any food you eat, exercise you do, or supplement you take.

Remember that Norman Cousins cured himself of an incurable illness by watching lots and lots funny movies. Laughter truly is a powerful medicine. Something as simple as smiling can take you from a down and depressed feeling to an okay level.

Happy people do not default to fearful thinking. They see their strengths and live out of what they can do-even if they never did that something before. Those people know how to take on life and live it-not let it pass them by while they play safe doing what they already know they can do.

The only way to live every minute of your life is to go out and do what you see yourself doing-no matter what it is. The worst thing that can happen is you will find ways that do not get you to that desired end-the very worst thing. And if that does happen, well, you learned a way that does not work. More important, you learned something about yourself-that you took on something you never did before. In other words, you stepped out of your comfort zone.

You can never live a great fulfilling life inside your comfort zone. Similarly, you will never enjoy optimal health inside that comfort zone. Jump into new experiences and live each day full out. Your body and mind will thank you. Your reward will be feeling good, being happy and healthy.

Remember be well and happy. In the end, nothing else matters.
