Author: I always take the time to sit and watch the Paula Dean baking show. She reminds me of my aunt Jenny. The southern accent and the desserts loaded with butter! Takes me back home as a child. I really enjoy watching Paula cook and her recipes are extremely easy to make. I checked the listings on www.direcstartv.com to find out when she comes on and now every evening I watch the Paula Dean baking show on satellite television. One Christmas I was watching her show and she was making a peach cobbler that was so simple to make. I actually decided to cook the cobbler for a party at work and it turned out fabulous.
Paula Dean also has her sons on her show that makes it fun to watch also. Her two sons have cooked recipes of their own too. If I am not able to watch Paula’s show I will program the DVR to record the program. I have learned so much just watching her show. The desserts have been hits at the family cook out we had this year. I made the southern potato salad that Paula prepared on her show two weeks ago. I enjoy the show so much and I have many recipes that are now added to my family cook book.
